DIN EN ISO 9000
In the spring of 1989, when many companies had not even heard yet of the brand-new standard ISO 9000, big parts of the capacitor production
facilities of ELECTRONICON (at the time its name was VEB ELEKTRONIK Gera) were certified to ISO 9002 by the British Standards Institute (License
No.14518/93). In December 1995 the company made the logical step to complete certification to DIN EN ISO 9001 carried out by the German TÜV
organisation (Cert.No.09 100 6035).
Of course, our products have been tested and approved by the important testing authorities of countries all over the world where they are sold.

Our motor- and lighting capacitor have been approved by the South African Bureau of Standards SABS and will abtain the UL-Approval beginning 1999.
