In autumn 2020, ELECTRONICON sent its first trainee to Sweden for four weeks. This was made possible, among other things, by Erasmus+ - a program of the European Union. It not only promotes learning and cooperation in Europe, but also offers young people the opportunity to acquire new professional knowledge and skills, improve their language skills and make international friends.
In recent years, ELECTRONICON has also given trainees from other countries, such as Spain and Norway, the opportunity to get to know the German training system and, in particular, working in a manufacturing company.

Three colleagues from the Swedish Björknäsgymnasiet in Boden visited us on 06/15/23 to deepen relations and to exchange previous experiences. In cooperation with the SBSZ in Jena-Göschwitz, the school offers dual training with a stay abroad. In addition to a tour of the company, some of our apprentices explained the training content of mechatronics and were able to shine with their very presentable English language skills.
