• Telephone number, e-mail address
• Date and time of visit (automated)
• Photo for identification

Purpose of the processing of personal data:

The collection and storage of your data serves exclusively to control access and ensure security within our premises. Your photo is used to create your visitor badge and to ensure clear identification during your visit.

Note:

Only data from persons over the age of 18 shall be recorded. Persons up to the age of 18 receive neutral visitor passes.

Storage period of your personal data:

Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations of the European Union for a period of 24 months and then securely deleted. Your digital visitor photo will be automatically deleted after 7 days.
The printed visitor badges are destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations.

Legal basis:

The processing of the above-mentioned data is based on our legitimate interest in the security of our facilities in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

By registering and accepting the visitor pass, you consent to the processing of your data as described above.
